Account Deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of your account and associated personal data for the Chicken Kitchen mobile app, operated by CK Systems, Inc. You may request deletion at any time using either method below.
How to request account deletion
- From within the app: Open the Chicken Kitchen app and go to App Settings > Account > Delete Account, then confirm your request.
- By email: Send an email to [email protected] from the email address on your account, with the subject line “Account Deletion Request.” Please include the name and phone number associated with your account so we can verify your identity.
What gets deleted
Once we verify and process your request, we permanently delete the personal data tied to your account, including:
- Your profile information (name, email address, phone number)
- Saved delivery addresses and order preferences
- Your Gold Wing Club loyalty account, points balance, and rewards history
- Marketing and communication preferences
What we are required to keep
For legal, tax, financial, and fraud-prevention reasons, some information cannot be deleted immediately. It is retained for a limited period and then securely deleted:
- Order and transaction history— retained for up to 7 years for tax and legal compliance.
- Payment transaction records — retained as required by PCI DSS and applicable law. We never store full card numbers.
- Aggregated / anonymized analytics — retained for product improvement; this data no longer identifies you.
Processing time
We process account deletion requests within 30 days, except where longer retention is required by law (see above). Once your account is deleted, your Gold Wing Club points and rewards are forfeited and cannot be restored.
